The Project Review Service reviews client project performance using our unique and comprehensive industry insights.

Project Review Service
The Project Review Service is an independent audit and review of the practices and methods employed on key projects. It incorporates three key elements:
- Data Collection – data capture involving detailed interviews of selected project participants, managers and stakeholders, plus review of project assets
- Data Analysis – response review for categorization, trend analysis, cross-checking, follow-up questioning, prioritization and deduction
- Reporting – to illustrate the key areas identified and conclusions drawn, and executive summary of key recommendations
